We offer Standard Tracked Delivery (2-3 business days) and Express Delivery options for individual items within the UK. Free UK Shipping (2-5 business days) is included automatically with all bundle purchases. While we make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.
Because our products include glass bottles and natural stone tools, items can occasionally be damaged in transit. If your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can arrange a replacement.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons regarding skincare items, we cannot accept returns on opened or used facial oils. For unused tools or unopened items, you have 14 days from receipt to notify us of a return request.
All prices are securely processed via Stripe. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We are currently not registered for VAT, so prices do not include VAT.
